I can't find any reference to an Inspiron "9153" model. Can you confirm the model number. If this is a Laptop, you need to repost your problems in the Laptop section of the forum, as this section is for desktop hardware issues. Your issue could also just be software related (there is a separate section for software) and there is also a separate section for Networking/Wireless.
Also, along with the PC model number, the Operating System is also required on any initial problem post. Also, in this specific case what type of Internet connection are you using? Wireless? Wired? and Broadband?
