Source Array Error Running PC Diagnostics
When I attempt to run PC diagnostics from the Dell support website I get a pop-up that says, "Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds". I am unable to complete any of the diagnostics. Any help is appreciated.

I receive the same error message when running this diagnostics online. I think it may be Java related. Can someone please respond with what they have done to resolve this issue? Much appreciated.
