ZA won't detect spyware such as Webhancer. Do yourself a favour & download & install AdAware. It's a great freeware utility (sure can't beat the price) which can save you a lot of grief by cleaning out unnecessary spyware components.
You'd be surprised how many issues can be resolved by simply removing spyware.
