Stack Overload

Why do I get a "VxD Stack Overload" message upon initial boot-up, and how is it repaired? Any step by step assistance will be appreciated.
Thanx

Go to Start > Run type in msconfig then click OK. When the window comes up click on the 'System.ini' tab then scroll down to the [386Enh] section and click on the + sign. Look down the list for a line that looks like:

MinSPs=5 (or another number)

If you have the line, hightlight it, click 'Edit' and double the number, i.e., if it's 5 change it to 10. If it's 6 then simply add two and make it 8.

If you don't have the line then highlight the [386Enh] line and click on 'New'. In the little box that will appear type in:

MinSPs=10

Hit Return, OK out then reboot.
