Startup Error Message

Question

When I start up my computer...right before I get to my desktop...I get a blue screen error message that says: Fatal exception 0D has occrrued at 209F:0001CF86 What does this mean and what should i do?

Depends in part on which O/S you're running. You might go to the link below and click on the Fatal Exception 0D link that corresponds with your as yet unidentified operating system.
