startup errors

When I start up my computer Dimension XPS T550 about 3/4 of way in I get an error box which states the following: "MSWEBAPI.DLL" and when I click to close the box, it continues loading,

When the screen gets to the desktop, in the task bar there is a block that says: "Csinject". If I click on this box it disappears. With no apparent reaction on the part of the computer.

Then when I am in a program or online all of a sudden my screen goes blank. Completely black. If I hit the enter key it comes back on to the exact spot that I was before it went blank.

Please advise me what to do in detail as I am a novice operator.

Also, would like to discuss later about drive A, my 31/2" floppy drive. I have difficulty reading and writing to discs for backup. Even after I have formatted them on this computer.

Thank you for you cooperation in advance.

The file "CSINJECT" appears to be related to Norton CleanSweep. If this is installed on your system, go to START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL | Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it. Use the system normally; if the problems do not persist, reinstall CleanSweep. If the problem reappears, contact Norton for a possible fix or workaround.

The file "MSWEBAPI.DLL" is related to the Microsoft Personal Web Server. Try uninstalling that software as well, and see if there is an updated version available for download from the Microsoft homepage.
