Thank you for visiting Dell|Talk. Since the problem is consistent, try checking all of your cable connections, first. Hi,
I have a bad static problem with my headphones. They are brand new, though. SX260 Optiplex. My old headphones worked fine. I have a coworker who has the same problem. He bought some really expensive Sony headphones and he gets static. His old cheap headphones worked fine, though. Why is there a problem with some headphones? How can this be fixed other than buying headphones until you get some that don't get static from the computer?
