Strongest intel pentium 4 single core processor?
hey folks.
i really didnt know about computers up until now.
i bought gta iv and looked the specs right after i bought it. haha
i know what i need now, just tell me please, what is the Strongest lga-775 singe core processor that is compatible with my dimension e510's motherboard i am not sure of the name, i lost it yesterday. also i have one more question some dual's have the lga-775 sockets, some people say that my e510 can't run dual cores, why can/can't i run it?
my price range is 40-55[??70??].
please help me.

The e510 supports Intel LGA775 Pentium 4 5xx and 6xx [Prescott] processors with Hyper-Threading technology.
The 5150 has a 945G chipset, so you could upgrade to a P4 670 [3.8Ghz].
Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad processors require updated voltage regulators, that the E510 does not have.
