Studio One webcam issues
I hope I posted this in the right spot. I rarely use my webcam and about a month ago I noticed the light was on next to it and staying on. I tried like crazy to find where I would shut it off, gave up and put a post it over it. Then today I decided I wanted to use the webcam but I can't figure out how to engage it. I have tried going to "start" and then clicking on Dell TouchCam but in the screen where I guess my face should be appearing it's just a bunch of colored lines. Can someone please help me? It seems this should be so simple.

I am Sudipta S from Dell Social Media and Communities team
Regarding the issue you are facing, you can try uninstalling the software for dell webcam central from programs and feature.
You can reinstall the same from the following link:
ftp.us.dell.com/.../Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe
and restart the system and try.
