This has nothing to do with the Dimension BIOS. Rather it is a software question and you need to post such questions in the Software forum for the version of Windows you are running. There are viruses that can produce system32 files, but you need to provide the exact name of the file (including the three letter extension after the period in the filename) in order for anyone to be of help on this issue. If you post in the correct Software forum with futher information, you will get more rapid and accurate help.
I have a system 32 pop up on all my user screens when we log on too. Only problem, after I read all these posts here I STILL can't find where mine belongs. My system 32 only says "hidden files". It has the date of last modification which is November but no other info. I looked and looked and cannot find one thing that has extensions or slashes or even a name saying audio etc. Just the big blue box pops up on my computer. I am running XP and I bought my computer just short of two years ago. I have a Dell Dimensions 2400 series.
I usually only use it for emails but do have programs in it that I have not used much.
Is there anyway someone could help me? I am totally lost.
