System clock time is wrong

I continually have to reset the computer's time.

My system info:
Dimension 4300
Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60GHz
Processor Speed 1.56 GHz
Memory (RAM) 256 MB
Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Operating System Version 5.1.2600

I had same problem with my new Win XP system. From desktop rt. click on clock icon in lower rt. corner. Click Internet time tab, remove check from auto synch.
