System Error--Memory Parity

Dell Dimension XPS-T 500. Am recently receiving blue screen system error--Memory Parity, upon booting up. I must restart and boot up in safe mode. This has happened twice in last two days. Suggestions? Microsoft site says probably bad memory. System is about 6 months old.

That's either bad memory or a memory card that's not fully inserted. Open up your system and pull the RAM out, then put it back in. Loose RAM causes that error all the time, so hopefully it's not a bad chip.
