System operating in Manufacturing Mode

I received a repacement motherboard from Dell, which I installed myself and returned the defective part, but now I get an error when I boot that says "System operating in Manufacturing Mode
(Alt-F to reboot in normal operating mode).

strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility " I have tried pressing Alt-F and it comes back to this prompt. I know that this is supposed to be only a factory thing but how do you get out of it?

Update the BIOS with the latest FlashBIOS revision available for your specific system, which can be downloaded from the Dell File Library.

How are you supposed to flash the bios if you can't boot off a floppy because the motherboard is stuck in manufacturing mode?

Why doesn't the Alt+F work?

I work on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in NC. We have a multitude of GX260 on the base that we support. Just recently we have started seeing this same message..."System operating in Manufacturing Mode"

Atl-F does not work for us either. And I have already downloaded the latest BIOS. In fact, it already had the latest BIOS on it when the motherboard was replaced. Still, I am looking at the manufacturing mode screen. Anything else I can try?
