I'm not sure you'll see much of a performance gain but those upgrades should work. It's generally recommended to check for BIOS updates before any CPU change.
Thanks for the answer to my question, again just looking for a little more of what I can get. The W3570 has a speed of 3.20GHz in place of my W3530 2.80GHz, not much but a little more. Every little bit, etc.
I could go to a W 5590 or W3580 but the price puts them out of reach, twice the W3570!

Did you end up trying anything more? I am thinking of a 6-core, but I already have a W3580 in my machine...
I have the same motherboard as you do. :) The 09KPNV.
