Power off, open the side panel, disconnect/reconnect both ends of the sata cable to the HDD's and the motherboard sata slot. Then do the same for the power supply lead going to the HDD's. Then power on and go into the BIOS Boot Sequence. Are the HDD's listed there? Then open Drives. What is listed there?

I disconnected and connect all items in you reply. On POST no drives are listed just marked"unknown". Gosh, what's next?????

Unknown. Did you perhaps change the BIOS- General -Drives -SATA operation from where we had it?
The SATA Operation field configures the operating mode of the integrated hard drive controller.
RAID Autodetect/ AHCI - RAID if signed drives, otherwise AHCI
RAID Autodetect/ ATA - RAID if signed drives, otherwise ATA
RAID On - SATA is configured for RAID on every boot

Yes, I did change the BIOS settings on the second HDD because the new HDD is a different capacity. Now I have set in the BIOS one HDD and get the error AHCI BIOS not installed.

I do not know. It sounds like you have to choose a different bios setting for that drive.

I have tried all BIOS setting with the HDD and get error AHCI not installed. Using Image Recovery can not find a drive and using Startup Repair error message is Boot Manager missing. I have set the system to one HDD and used SATA 0, no luck, then switch to just SATA 1, again no luck. system does not recognize any HDD, but does indicate CD_ROM device.
