Tech support

I heard that Dell has a special tech support team for the XPS systems only, is there any truth to that?

Yes it is, you et a number with the system to call otherwise you get rerouted to XPS support, which takes longer, if you dial the regular number.

I thought the phone system also knew how to route your call by the express service code?
