This device cannot start. (Code 10)

need some more details before could identify ow to get  the keyboard work, if you can give info about - are you able to press F2 on dell logo screen as soon as you start the computer and go to BIOS??? have you reinstalled windows on your computer recently, have you added any new hardware or software to this computer.... ; is that a wireless keyboard? what system you are using? if its a wired keyboard, is it usb or ps2? am sure if you provide more details you'll get better suggestions
