This is interesting!
The new re-designed support download section on the Dell homepage apparently does not have a Studio Xps 435mt any more. If you enter your service tag, you are led to the studio xps 435t which very apparently is a different system and especially BIOS updates for the Xps 435t would not work for the xps 435mt. Is there any special reason for that?

There seem to be a few different bugs with the new design. Some systems show no downloads and some systems don't show at all. We have let Dell know, so we're all just waiting it out to see what is fixed and what is left.
