It isn't called nTune in the BIOS. Look for "Performance Application Support" and enabled that.

What about the end license agreement and the message you get saying if you use this it will run your system out of the manufacturer spec and that your system will run hotter and that if anything goes wrong that it voids all warranty's, due to the fact that Dell doesn't support it Ntune.

I am unaware of nTune chaning anything by the simple act of installing it or by enabling it in the BIOS. However, since nTune does give you the ability to overclock, adjust voltages, bus speeds, (which are not supported) they have to warn you to limit their liability.

OK I went back into the bios and turned on the performance application support. I already had the latest version of ntune, the July version. I didn't see any newer version. I noticed in the performance drop down tab that there is a Tune System, what exactly does that tune and is it OK to use or should I leave it alone? Turning the application support on in the bios makes a huge difference in the Ntune, everything works. Thanks

I beleive the tuning feature is an automatic overclocking feature. The system runs through and tries to determine the best/highest stable overclock.
