Unhandled exception message

EVERY time I log onto my computer I get the following message:

Unhandled exception:  c0000005

At address:  100016b8

Why is this and how can I correct the matter?

Thank you,

jamalee stone

jamalee, it's funny because i just asked the exact same question over the weekend.  i'm ljmorgan 'unhandled exceptions'.  if you read the replies posted on my question, it might help you.  i have had great help from the same viewer that's helping me.  my question is on the first page of posts, so take a look at it.  after i follow the instructions most recently posted, i'll let you know who the problem child was.  will you do the same?

Hmmm, you're the third person today to post about this problem...

Could you please try this:

Go to the Control Panel and double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
Look in the list. Is there an entry named "DelFin Media Viewer"?

If there is, click "Remove" and uninstall it.
