unhandled exception
when i switch between users, why do i get an "unhandled exception at XXXXXXX" message? what is an unhandled exception? beyond that, i am prompted to send the error report, so i do. what happens once i do this?
this happens each and every time i switch users, but only one the one account
what's the deal?

Read this for an explanation of what an unhandled exception is. Do you have KaZaA installed? I've recently discovered that unhandled exception errors are yet another of the many problems this app causes.

You should most definitely uninstall KaZaA and Blubster. It's been my experience that all p2p file sharing apps are shiny packages for spyware at best and portals for viruses at worst. You'll have to do more than just uninstall them to get rid of all they left behind. For starters, get Ad Aware here then check out this page for a tutorial of sorts on how to use it. You'll need to run Ad Aware until it no longer detects any spyware components.
Next, follow these instructions to remove Brilliant Digital Entertainment's B3D Projector app. You'd also be wise to run a virus scan at either Trend Micro or the Symantec Security Check web site.
Bookmark http://www.cexx.org/adware.htm and read over it when you have some spare time. Programs listed on this page should be avoided like the plague.
