Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

That is part of the chipset drivers. Try reinstalling the drivers to see if that will resolve the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I have tried reinstalling the chipset software that I downloaded from Dell's website for my specific model a couple of times.  While it installs, it seems to be doing its job because my plug and play deviced all go off then come back on, however this unknown device still remains in the device manager.  I have even tried directing the device manager to look for  drivers for that device in the folder where the chipset software was extracted with no luck.  I tried installing chipset software from Intel's site and that just made things worse until reinstalling Dell's chipset software.  Everything seems to be working for the moment, but I'd appreciate any further advice anyone has to offer.
