Unknown device

Question

I have a yellow exclamation mark in front of other devices and unknow device and I cannot identify. Under the General Tab Device Type and Manufacturer are unknown but under Location on it has Microsoft ACPI-compliant system.  Is this any help?

Thats the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface. The PC probably does not support it or maybe it's switched off in the BIOS
