Unknown PCI Device

Hi

My Device manager in Win2k shows an "unknown PCI device". I dont really want to disable it, but would prefer to find out what it is and get it installed properly. All the hardware i can think of shows up on my device manager and functions properly. Anyone have any ideas on how to track down this device???
