Unkown Device

I have removed Windows XP and installed Windows 98 on a Dimension 4500. The only issue I have at this time is that an "Unknown Device" has been detected in the Device Manager. It is a "PCI Universal Serial Bus". I have run the Dell resources and drivers CD but it doesn't appear to provide the driver for this device. I have tried to locate the device driver in the download area of Dell's web site, but I am having no luck.
