Upgrading Graphics Drivers

Hi folks,

Got an XPS 420 with 8800GT. Haven't upgraded my graphics card's drivers in who-knows-how-long - should I update using nVidia's update, or Dell's (few versions old) update?

Cheers

FYI I updated the catalyst control center for my 2600 xt ati card and now i can't get catalyst graphics control center to open and don't have access to any other graphic options except for the basic.  I uninstalled all graphics drivers and tried again and still the same.  Unless it's vital i wouldn't update...but that me and ati...

Just did the nVidia update in the end, all went fine. Seems easier than I remember from years ago, no having to remove every trace of the old drivers anymore. Thanks folks!
