USB Controller issue on Dimension 2350

I installed the drivers for a USB Printer, with no problems.   But I cannot print.   When I look in Device Manager, next to ISB it has a question mark.   Can anyone assist me in finding the USB drivers for Dimenstion 2350?

I looked on Dell site and do not see USB drivers for Dim 2350.

My Operating System is Windows XP Professional.

Any assistance you can give me would be greately appreciated.

Try installing the latest chipset drivers. That covers the USB.

No, there is no separate driver just for USB. Now, the question is, why won't it install? You might try disabling your A/V for a moment.

I was able to install the Chipset now.   BUT I still see the USB having a yellow mark in the Device Manager.

Any specific USB Controller driver for Dell out there?

I am still having issue with the USB Controller having a "Yellow" mark in the Device Manager.

I have tried to install the "Intell Chipset" for Dell 2350 but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know of a 3rd party drivers for USB that works with Dell 2350?    I have XP Professional installed on my Dell 2350 and the USB Controller is showing up Yello in Device Manager.

If anyone has any other ideas, Please let me know.   I thank you in advance.
