I think you have bad videocard. If you can't boot into safe mode, you might need to reinstall your Windows but the problem is if you reinstall your Windows. You will get the same fatal Blue Screen.:smileyhappy:
So try other Videocard first since your system doesn't have an integrated videocard.
Are you by chance still under warranty? Im guessing you are probably not. If you still are get in contact with Dell if not don't bother as they will charge you.
Before you go to the drastic step of reinsalling windows you migh want to try to a windows repair option. This will attempt to repair you system files without wiping everything out.
Here are couple of links to help explain how to do this.
I am by no means experienced at repairs at all but through the years have had to struggle through some. It is so nice to have people are just here to help others out such as Dave. I sure appreciate it :)
Now in cases where there are more than one driver listed like the video, network, if you don't know what you have for hardware in your system you can go HERE and enter your service tag no. This will list all the hardware you had in the computer when it shipped. This list can be cryptic at time so if you have any question just post back here and we can help decypher the list
Do all this before you apply any Microsoft updates. Lets get the computer running well first.

Thank you much for your post. I have been waiting patiently!
So if I reinstall Windows and that doesn't work I should replace the video card then?
Do I have to purchase that from Dell or where does one get the right video card?

Dave -
Thanks so much. I mananged to follow the instructions and get my computer up and running by reinstalling.
Is there another step after reinstalling that I need to do as in maybe update or something?
Thanks again. It felt wonderful to accomplish this task.

I ended up doing a complete clean reinstall. I don't have a CD with the drivers on it either. Is that something that I can get on the dell site?

Great job, Suzzane!
If you performed the repair windwos option, you should be set.
If you reinstalled entirely you will want to make sure you have the major service packs.
Dave's advice is always superb. Let him know what you did and he is certain to help.

You will need to reload your drivers. There is an order in which to do this this oder is listed HERE
You can find the necessary drivers HERE
Now in cases where there are more than one driver listed like the video, network, if you don't know what you have for hardware in your system you can go HERE and enter your service tag no. This will list all the hardware you had in the computer when it shipped. This list can be cryptic at time so if you have any question just post back here and we can help decypher the list
