Virtual Memory problem
Everytime I update norton internet securtiy and get the new url update. It download with no problem but when it start to install that when the Virtual memory alert comes on. I have try to change it so that windows mange it but it will not stay it goes back to costom size? This is on the administrator account. And after I live update norton it is still there to update again.The computer is a D 2400
with windows xp.

How much RAM do you have in your 2400? You might want to think about increasing it, which may provide a small performance boost.

I try to update it again and I was watching the task manager the hole time.Cpu Usage never hit 100% the highest it when was 22%.But Pf Usage hit 1.95 GB. The update that I am down loading is 17401k.I have down load programs lot large then that. just a few minutes ago it was spybot search and destory. So I am thinking it is something to do with the norton update they have. What do you think
