It is refering to your paging file. Windows uses some space on your hard drive to act like RAM when it needs it. Your system thinks you need more.

This can be adjusted by right clicking on the My Computer icon and selecting properties. Then go to the performance tab and look for virtual memory button.

You can change the amounts here. Usually the best choice is to allow windows to manage your paging file size, but if you do change it the reccommendation is usually 1.5x your total RAM.
