Virtualization in Alienware Aurora

Question

Hi, I have bought an Alienware Aurora. I am trying to run A Snow Leopard Virtual Machine with VmWare. Ihave tried with VMWare Workstation and I receive a message telling 'The CPU has been disabled by the Guest Operating System'. I am running a Windows 7 Ultimate.  I suppose the problem is that the BIOS is not enabled for Virtualization but I cannot find in BIOS an option to enable it. How can I make my Aurora run my Virtual machines ??? Thanks in advance.
