VxD exeptions?

I get these blue screen lockups and it says fauld in VxD and a memory address? Does anyone know if this is a Memory module problem? Or windows (Software)?
What does it mean?

This will be in a virtual device driver...the other information will be most helpful in determining which one if you can post it.

As long as were on the subject, these are the most recent (all while trying to get High Heat Baseball 2002...as buggy as it is...to run)

an exception 0D has occurred at 0028:C0001325A in VxD VMM(01) + 0000A25A.

maybe someone could also explain this fatal exception:
fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0177:BFFAA8CD

I don't know what they are or how to fix them so I don't encounter the blue screen of death. If anyone does I would be most appreciative.

Thanks
Craig
