Already left messages in 2 manager's voicemail boxes. We will see, I guess I am just really upset people will get their C2D before I get my PD. I would have upgraded if I knew that.
Here is what I was told about the C2D computers. They are under a control build and not in full production yet, so some people will be recieving them. The PD ones are going into full production and therefore will be getting to the customer sooner. I had the 930 PD, my upgrade would have been the 6300. So I think I will wait a few months and upgrade when the prices come down on 6700, you know right as the quad core comes out. Well that is all I have.
close to one month waiting "in production" phone status say in the build stage....which by Dells defination means all the parts are there and only need to be put together....
If i whould have known is was gonna take this long i would have chosen the upgrade....
funny thing...according to my current ship date of Oct 10 if i cancled and reordered it would only add 20 days to the delivery date...

While I agree it's frustrating, my Original Order date was June 1st, so I think it works to my benefit since I'm receiving mine rather early. Upgraders should not necessarily get their's last, but I agree if they told you that then it's bogus.
