1. You might post on the customer service forum to get better response/advice.
2. I would call Dell Customer Service 1-800-624-9897 and if they cannot help you, ask for a supervisor. Document all calls and name of person talked to. If you have the W2K listed on your invoice, they will have a copy of it.
Sounds like you have a case and Dell will most likely send you the CD. I have always had good luck in getting service/support from Dell.
Yea... I usually do too. But this time I am getting the major run around. I hope they can fix this because I do development, and I do not want to use XP! :(
