What is your service tag?

The G1's onboard video should be "seen" if its a RageII chip.

My service tag is h3200.  The system says that it only has a standard vga, and it won't change any settings such as colors or screen size in the display it doesn't even allow me the option.

If I could use the restore cd I had hoped to get it all back. Somewhere it said that everything needed to be disconnected that wasn't part of the original package, does that mean take out the modem as well as unhook the printer and scanner?  And is that all  I need to do to get the cd to start? Do I have to get it bios?  Then what?  I bought this as factory refurbished and the only book with it was the Dell windows 98.  Please Help!! This is the first time in all of the time that I have had it that I needed the restore or rescue cd and I don't know how to get it to start. There doesn't seem to be any instructions on getting it to run.

The WIN9X video driver for this system is

Video: Dell Integrated ATI Video, Driver, Windows 95, Windows 98, English, Multi System, v. 1.0, A01

ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/video/ATIA00.EXE

This system did not come with a restore cd for WIN95 rather it came with a WIN95 CD and a Dell Optiplex Resource CD with the Video drivers etc.
