XPS 18 Touch Screen Not Working After Windows 10 Upgrade

I just recently updated to WIndows 10, and after doing so the touch screen functionality of my XPS 18 all-in-one has stopped working completely. Minutes prior to the update the computer and all of its functions worked perfectly. I've searched through the forums and discussions and only can find info on a similar problem with the 8.1 update. None of the fixes for that situation seem to work here. In Device Manager, there is no HID Touch Screen driver to update, enable, or otherwise. It appears to be completely missing, and the computer seems to be recognizing the display as a generic PnP monitor. I was hoping this was a Windows 10 issue, so I reverted back to 8.1 hoping to restore touch screen funtionality. This did NOT work either. Currently I'm back to Windows 10, still with no touch screen. Also, the computer seems to be responding strangely to the power stand. When I dock the XPS 18 on the power stand the computer makes the "USB device disconnected" sound, and when I take it off of the stand it make the "USB device connected" sound. Not sure if this is related to what's happening with the touchscreen, but it started happening at the same time. Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

I've tried driver updates, bios updates, restoring back to Windows 8.1, and everything else I could think of. Nothing is working. It would be lovely if someone from Dell could chime in on this issue and offer some guidance...

I've been browsing the Dell Forums to try to decide whether to upgrade my XPS 18 to Windows 10. All of you just made up my mind for me - I think I'll wait.

Its been some time since last post on Upgrading XPS18 to W10. Just installed v. 1511 and everything seems to be working great! Touch Screen, sleep mode, wifi, and improved battery life. I was a bit apprehensive but happy camper so far.
