21 Day Return Policy...

Well, the XPS system I received 2 weeks ago has graphics that cannot be fixed and I want to return it and get out of this purchase. How is the best way to go about this and since it's under the 21 day return policy and the system id defective. I refuse to pay a re-stocking fee. Will this be a major hassle?

It should not be a problem and you should not have to pay a restocking fee. Do not wait on doing it--they go from the ship date and not when you received it.

Don't worry. You wont have to pay any re-stocking fees. It's no questions asked 100% refund.

 

But serously, do it ASAP... time runs out before you realize it.
