3d video controller not working

I have an issue with my 3d video controller not working. through control panel device manager i have an error 43 - windows stopped this device due to a problem

i have run dell scans and get some bs info about running stacktraceparser.exe

my video card is a NVIDEA GeForce 8800M GTX.

is there anything alse i can do to fix this problem or is the vid card knackered?

please advise if possible.
