7 Beeps
My laptop is dell latitude 3540. I bought it in May. I tried putting on my system this morning but the screen was blank and it kept beeping 7 times continuously. I've tried the wrap-in-comforter-ten-minute-routine, still not working. Please what can I do?

According to the E3540 guide ( page 50 ), 7 beeps means that there's a processor or related failure. The motherboard will need to be replaced.
