HI Paolo,

It sounds like your hard drive has crashed and needs to be replaced.   You can try running the Dell diagnostics on it to confirm but with that error it seems likely, unfortunately.

If you don't have a backup for your data there isn't much I can do to help, but you may, depending on the error that the hard drive has experienced, be able to go onto the internet and search for ways to get that data off the drive.   You can also contact Dell's Tech Support for your country / region to find out if they can send you the media disks to reinstall Windows on a replacement hard drive.
