Addresses

Can anyone give me the UK address to which I can write to display my displeasure at how I was conned into paying for the delivery of a free printer, when I ordered my Inspiron 9300, which was advertised as being 'Free delivery'. The e-mail messages I send only get an automatic answer. I would use the telephone, but there is no indication as to the cost of a call and the lines are always busy!
