alienware 17 r4 ram problems

Hi, i recently buy a alienware laptop, but i have issues with it. initially a got a couple of bsod, so i look in internet and it mean to be referred at the memory issue. so a began to run a couple of memtest86 on the machine and the program find a lot of errors on the memory, so i tried to send a message to the support but its like two week and my problems don't get better. 

so i come here in hope to find better answer in my problems and solution.
