Alienware laptop fans not turning off
Hi folks,
I just got a brand new Alienware 13, and I'm having trouble with the loud fans. They turn on perfectly well in-game when the computer gets hot, but the trouble is they do not turn themselves off afterwards, even when the laptop is completely cooled. To get them to stop once it's cooled I'm having to put it to sleep and wake it again, or restart, after which it's back to being quiet.
Is this a problem with some piece of software that I should reinstall? Thanks, any and all help gratefully received!

Hi, just wanted to bump this up in case anyone has any ideas? It's still doing this most of the times I play games, and I'm worried it will reduce the life on the fans
