array microphones on studio 1745 not working

Welcome to the Community. There could many things gone wrong. We need to check the basics first. Check if volume is set to high, and its not muted. If the audio driver is corrupt, the you can install it using the below link, make sure you select the correct operating system, and then install the Audio Driver.

hi royan---thanks for taking time to help---I had done what you said still no go---plug in mictophone works ok on in line jack.--I really don't know if they ever worked I never tried them before--The mother board was replaced. don't know if that had anything to do with it. Web cam works but not mics. anyother sugestions,---Thanks again

Thank you for your response. It could be the motherboard. You may want to call Dell Tech support in your country to have a check on it. If your still under warranty, they will have it replaced for you.

Royan thanks again---went into sound devices and checked properties on mirophone array and it came up working fine.  I will call dell tech support and check with them..Thanks for your help.
