Audio buttoms
Hello there: I have an Inspiron 9300 and everything has been fine with it, but recently i realized that if i touch the any aundio button (pause, stop, play) my computer freezes. I have to pump up the volume the old way, go the sound icon and do it from there. I have no problem doing that, but if by mistake i press any buttom my computer stop. I thought it was a virus or something but i am clean. Is there a way to disable those buttoms completely? The only thing that works when i touch them is that they are lighted up in blue.

To disable try uninstalling the program Dell Quickset. Maybe if you reinstall the program the buttons will work.

JIMCO i already remove quickset but the bottoms are still working and lighted up when i touch them and still freezzes.
The problem is that sometimes i touch bottoms unintentionally so i just want to disable them but this is not done by unistalling quickset
