Authentication password

hello there any one can help me? im having problem w/ my dell laptop N5030 inspiron when i turn on the computer theres a message appear this computer system is protected by a password authentication system you cannot access the data on this computer w/out the correct password what is the best solution for this problem?   thanks....

You will need to call Dell and verify your ownership of the system.   If the system is out of warranty, there's a charge for the call.

The only other alternative is to replace the mainboard.
