Auto install drivers?

Hey guys, im new to these forums so bare with me

So recently i had to reinstall windows 7 again on my dell inspiron n7110 cause when i wanted to try out windows 8 i didnt realize that they have not done anything with the graphics for it, so all my mmos looked like <ADMIN NOTE: Profanity removed as per TOU> , and i play them in FULL HD, so one of my friends had an extra copy of windows 7 home premium cause i did not have an operating system disc that came with mines

The installation went perfectly, reformatted the drive and everything, but now my labtop is slow, its not as up to par when i got it, and i had this computer for 3 months, so my guess is that i havent installed all my drivers correctly cause the pain was is when i used the the drivers and utitlies disc, i have to click one and install one every time, is there a better way then having to do that? i just wanna make sure i get the right drives installed and what not to make my computer go back to its original state, or could this be my friends extra copy he gave me? not sure he got it legally or not

I apologize ahead if this is to much backstory lol

Hi mrflash23,

Welcome to the Dell Community.

Drivers play an important role in optimizing the system performance. Request you to install the drivers in the order

shown in the link http://dell.to/tIauHN

Also initiate diagnostics on the system to check if all the hardware components are working fine. Shut down the system and holding the Fn key start the system which would initiate the diagnostics.

Let us know the progress and if you have any other questions

Thanks & Regards
