bad sxga
recieved my 8600 with a defective screen on dec 21. contacted email support and a new one was shipped on the 22.Dell support is the best, Ican't believe how fast it was. I will definatly tell others and purchase again. thank you

:smileyhappy:I to have nothing but praise for Dells support, they have been very fast in replacing all of my Defective and replacement Items...(Dell DJ 20 Gig MP3 Player 12 Hours after call replacement arrived, Dell Axim X30 High 2 days after call replacement arrived).....Hope your replacement works out for you, have had my 8600 a little over a year and have yet to have a single problem with it thus far, my WSXGA+ screen has been perfect without a single dead pixel so I am quite pleased with Dell and my 8600.........
Specs 8600 1.7, 128Nvidia 5650FxGo, 768Mb 333DDR, 60Gig HD, 15.4 WSXGA+, 1300 Wireless, 4x DVDR+RW
