Base System Device

I need your help.

Since reloading Windows 7 Professional, I have tried without end finding for download drivers for the 2 Base System Devices under Device Manager; they show warning signs which I take to mean that their drivers need to to be updated..

Please advise.

Thanks

Hello Rajesh,

Thanks for your reply.

I use Studio 1558 with Windows 7 Professional.

I was unable to access Operating System” in the drop-down arrow under Drivers & Downloads. The ones there are:

• Application

• Audio

• Communications

• Diagnostic

• Input

• Network

Could you let me know how I can carry out your suggested solution.

Thanks.

Hi Ayome,

Kindly private message the system service tag so that I can help you with the correct drivers.

I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.

I am sending you a private message as well. Click on “Inbox” to respond to the message and provide system’s Service Tag and contact details so I may access your system records and check for further course of action. You could also click on Start Conversation to send a private message.

Awaiting your response!
