Battery charging
Inspiron 15 3000 series.
Sometimes my battery stops charging before 100 %. And I receive a message that says something like
"90% charged, plugged in, not charging."
What's going on?

Please list exactly Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
In the meantime, I'd suggest you update System Setup(BIOS) and see if that make a difference. Please watch video below to safely install latest BIO version:

Also check your battery settings. There are battery saver or power saver settings that might prevent 100% charge. See if you have Windows Mobility Center installed by right clicking on the Start button.
